International Relations Office

On the first working day after your arrival, you should report to the International Relations Office with your Passport or ID and health insurance valid for the whole period of your studies in Lodz.

There, you will get information about the Faculty you are assigned to (Coordinator and Dean’s Office). Also, you will learn how to get your student ID card (called legitymacja). It is important to come to the IRO as soon as possible in order to have your student ID card issued in about two week’s time. Student ID cards can be collected only from the Dean’s Office of the appropriate Faculty of the University of Lodz.

At the beginning of the semester IRO will organize an information meeting where you may also meet your Erasmus+ coordinator to arrange the plan of your studies at UL.
